Our school is required to administer the Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment Survey (OPNA) to students in sixth and eighth grades. You may decline to have your child participate if you wish. Please notify Mrs. Kocsis or Mrs. Tatum by call, email or note if you choose for your child not to participate. Please see the passive parent consent letter below and links to survey samples.
